Nick began his career with The Mahoney Group in 2004, rising through the ranks to become a partner in 2019—a testament to his dedication and leadership. An Arizona State University graduate with a degree in Business Management, Nick also holds the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, reflecting his deep commitment to excellence in the insurance industry.

Outside of work, Nick is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, exemplifying discipline and resilience both personally and professionally. He and his wife, Sarah, reside in Gilbert with their two sons, where they enjoy an active and family-focused lifestyle.
